Delivery Time

During this unprecedented period, our deliveries may be slightly delayed. However, the Ikorii team is working hard to process your items as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience and continued support.

Preparing an order for shipment usually takes 3-5 business days. However, after this, due to the pandemic, we cannot guarantee the shipping time. In addition, shipping times may vary due to seasonal volume, weather and customs, duty processing for international deliveries.

Shipping takes around 2 to 4 weeks for the majority of the countries.

We do provide an express shipping option. It takes around 7-14 days to arrive after the item has been shipped.

How Can I Track My Order?

We've made it as easy as possible to track your order online. Once your order has been shipped from the warehouse, you will receive an email from us with your tracking details. We will also notify you via email or SMS when your package is in transit and ready for delivery, so you're kept up to date.

You can track your order by providing your order number and email address via our website.

How Much Does The Shipping Cost?

Zone 1 countries

** Free shipping over $65.

For orders below $65, we charge a $4.95 shipping fee for the Standard shipping option.

Please contact us for express shipping fee (DHL or FexEx)

Zone 2 countries

As there is no reliable standard shipping line to these countries, the items will be shipped out via express/premium shipping (DHL or FedEx). Please contact us for the shipping fee. 

Worldwide shipping

We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries, we will contact you.

Lost/Missing Packages

Ikorii is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error, we will fully take responsibility for the original order made for you at no charge.

Customs

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. However, by purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages be shipped to you and get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

My Tracking Says "No Information Available At The Moment".

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. So if your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please get in touch with us.

Will My Items Not Send In One Package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
